24 Days of Giveaways - Day 10 Candace Cameron Bure

Some of you know Candace as DJ Tanner from the hit TV show Full House as a teenager, still others perhaps from the Aurora Teagarden series.  She has done tons of tv and movies roles over a long career already.  But some of you may not know that she is an accomplished author.

Candace has written five books on beauty, health and lifestyle, but did you know she also has a three (so far) series of books for kids?  In the first book for little ones, Grow, Candace, Grow little Candace decides to give her classroom garden a little help so it can quickly grow the flowers of her dreams . . . but she soon discovers patience is the best plan after all.  Who doesn't know that patience plays a key role in your gardening success?  This is another fine example of books that can encourage our young into gardening...and learning patience along the way!
