24 Days of Giveaways - Day 3 Big Dreams

You’re lucky if you have a job that is both fun and fulfilling.  Some of us are even lucky enough to have transformed a passion into something we do everyday.  That’s a special kind of fulfillment. 

Today’s giveaway has more than one common thread; all three components of our giveaway are from creators who have chosen to chase their passion and...dried flowers. You’re probably thinking dried flowers aren’t that exciting. Well just wait till you see this!

When I first caught a glimpse of Grace Wittig’s silk scarf, I knew I had to find out the story behind it.  And then I met Grace. Grace is the owner of Silk and Sumac and self admittedly she has many loves; she is a dyer, a maker, a gardener and a naturalist. Her passion is botanically dyed textiles.  And if you have ever wondered what to get for that hard to buy for, person who loves nature and gardening this may be it.

Each and every one of Grace’s inspirations is hand dyed one-of-a-kind creation. And what goes better with a cool pair of socks than putting your feet up with a warm cup of tea.  And I mean really good tea.  Our friends, Rebecca and Maggie at Clearview Tea Company have been making some of the best blends you will find for almost ten years now. They love tea and that passion filters through in every cup.  Flowers and herbs dried perfectly and robustly joined, to give you a soothing healthy break whenever you need it.
