My two cents would be to always remember your ‘why’. I grow flowers not just to make money or to create beauty for others, but because it brings me Joy. I revel in the process, creativity and the new growth which is a sign of hope for things to come.

Love seeing new businesses at our local farmers market, and one day I’m hoping to be one of them. Not sure yet exactly what that will look like, bit it’s so fun to dream and plan. I also love the idea of a cut flower garden that people can visit and pick their own bouquet. Ingenious 😍

This is just the book for me! I started with my first food garden this year, and next season am adding cut flowers! I would love to add a sign in my flower bed inviting neighbours to help themselves, “flowers are gems, cut three stems!”.
