Agastache is a long blooming hardy perennial also known as Hyssop.
It is a beautiful pollinator friendly plant, with fragrance.
Seed, Sowing and Transplanting

Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost and transplant after last frost; or direct sow into prepared garden bed in the late spring thru fall. Cover thinly with soil.

Provide some complete organic fertilizer annually in the spring. Grows in well drained, fairly rich soil in full sun.
Harvest and Post Harvest
Harvest once it has flowered and stems are ‘woody’, has beautiful seed heads that can be used in arrangements as well.
