Farm Stand FAQ’s

Buying beautiful, fragrant flower bouquets directly from our farm is now a reality.

While we are still constructing our THE FARM STAND, we do have a tent that provides the backdrop for the freshest way to have flowers, fruit and vegetables that are in season from our growing fields, which of course changes regularly throughout the year.

What flowers do you have available at the farm stand?

We offer fresh daily harvested flower bouquets.  We try to offer a few different options from our field-grown flowers each week, but mother nature determines our stems and palette. We also have perennial plants that are already for your garden, yes the same ones we use in our bouquet designs.

Do you have anything other than bouquets?

We have a small collection of perennial plants available on site.  And with each week we are growing our available list of vegetables and fruits.  This wee we have fresh fruit, you'll find locally grown Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries and Niagara Peaches, Plums and Nectarines.  On the vegetable side we have Lettuce, Beets, Carrots, Jerusalem Artichokes, Beans, Peas and so much more.

Where is the farm stand located?

You’ll find the driveway into the farm stand on the west side, 250 metres north of Hwy 89 on the 6th Line of Essa, and it is marked with a FRESH FLOWERS sign, and is immediately before the guardrail starts. The easiest way is to click this link Map to Stems Flower Farm

Where do I park?

We have on-site parking, just drive in at the signs, and don’t worry, you won’t be the first person to say, “ I had no idea there was a flower farm here!”  We are probably the best kept secret in the Cookstown/Alliston area.

How do I pay?

On site we accept credit cards and  e-transfers, and of course we accept cash but only if you have the exact amount of your purchase. And yes we have made tax inclusive pricing easy for this purpose.

When are you open?

Drop by Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
