Local Delivery FAQ’s

Local Delivery is available for orders over $55, Orders must be placed by 12 Noon on Saturday, July 11 for delivery July 11.  Deliveries will take place between 1 pm and 8 pm on Saturday, July 11th. If your cart does not have a value of $55 the default will tell you to come and pick up at the farm.

All deliveries will be non-contact. The shipping address is the address that the bouquet/produce will be delivered to, please ensure it is correct prior to checking out.  The address must appear within the specified delivery area as shown on the map or listed below. Delivery Area Map.  Due to the volume orders, we can not guarantee any specific time of delivery.

More than one delivery address?  Please submit a separate order for each delivery address.  

Can I request a bouquet colour combination? Due to the volume of deliveries, we are unable to take specific requests. 

Can I put a message or card with the bouquet for delivery? Absolutely we love passing on notes of love and encouragement.  To do so, on the "cart page" there is a box marked order notes, please type your message here.  Your message will be copied exactly as written and put on the card.

Toronto Area -  401 to the Lake, 427 to Scarborough area (Map of Delivery area)

Cancellations and Refunds - Due to the nature of our product we will not offer any refunds on pre-ordered products.  They are perishable products and must be accepted as ordered.
