Sow: Indoors weeks before last frost, or directly into prepared beds. Germination can take up to 21 days.

Transplant: Harden off and transplant once the soil can be worked in the spring

Days to Maturity: 60-80 days

Plant Spacing: 1" (2.5cm) apart, and later thinned to 3 inches apart to allow each root enough space to grow.

Harvest Tips:  Carrots can be harvested at any size, but flavour is best typically when they reach 1/2" diameter, and when the carrot has turned bright orange.
