Sow: Indoors weeks before last frost, or directly into prepared beds. Germination can take up to days.

Transplant: Harden off and transplant once the soil can be worked in the spring

Harvest Tips:  Beginning about 2 months after planting, harvest by clipping individual leaves.  Kale is very hardy, and the eating quality will improve into the late fall with light frost.
