Once an order has been placed, we cannot add or subtract items. If you want any additional items not included in your original order, please place a new order. We are unable to combine separately placed orders.
Orders ship via Canada Post, or selected couriers. If you are able to provide a home deliver address instead of a PO Box we can get your package to you the fastest way possible. The discounted flat fee for shipping will appear before you finish your checkout process. Most orders ship within 3-4 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description and should arrive to you within a week. We ship Monday-Thursday. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out the following week. We generally post the of number of days we currently take to ship an order, look for that information on the header bar of the front page of the site.
