Politique de remboursement

We endeavour to have a the most liberal return policy in the business, however we have some conditions that must be met:

Firstly, all issues related to quality of seed, fresh flowers, fresh vegetables, dahlia tubers, iris rhizomes or other living plants as sold from time to time by Stems, be brought to the attention of Kevin via email at Support@Stemsflowerfarm.ca.  After opening a discussion about how we can best help resolve the issue, we may at our discretion, replace with the same item, replace with a similar item, or refund partially or fully depending on the circumstances.

Fresh flowers or fresh vegetables and living plants are final sale.  Irises and dahlia tubers you wish to dispute must be done within 48 hours of receiving our package as calculated by the shipping company.  Photos of any damage, or photos showing the basis of your issue should be included in the email to substantiate your discussion.  You must ship back to Stems any and all tubers or Rhizomes that you are seeking a refund for.  We will at our discretion provide shipping documentation and cover the associated costs of shipping. 

All Wedding/DIY Buckets are FINAL SALE and no refunds or exchanges will be honoured. 

All refund requests are immediately VOID, if any part of our transaction or discussion about a refund, is posted on any form of social media in a negative light, including but not limited to posts asking questions like, “will this grow?” or "is this OK"? or asking for advice on whether to contact the seller, or asking for advice  (as determined by the timestamp on social media post), if you did not first email us within the timeframes mentioned above with your concern -AND- Allow us a minimum of 2 business days to start the resolution process.
